When you replace the filter, please turn off the device first and then replace the filter.

If the cover is loose or opened, the device will automatically shut off to avoid any safety hazard.

If the cover is removed during the equipment operation, the equipment will stop running directly, which will seriously affect the service life.

Filter Replacement

The composite filter is composed of activated carbon filter and H13 HEPA filter, which does not support cleaning.

The composite filter need to replaced after every 3000 hours of using or 6 months.

Please use vacuum cleaner to clean the dust on surface to lengthen the life of filters.

Pre-Filter Cleaning

Only the pre-filter can be washed.

Pre-filter is washable and doesn’t need to replace.

Please flush the pre-filter directly with running water and dry it for recycle.

Please note that the composite filter can’t be washed and it can only be replaced regularly.
